Top Crime Games on Android in Costa Rica: Q2 2025 Overview

In the second quarter of 2025, crime-themed games on the Android platform showed varied performance in Costa Rica. Data from Sensor Tower reveals intriguing trends among the top five games in this category.

MadOut 2: Grand Auto Racing exhibited fluctuating downloads, peaking at 2.5K in mid-May. Despite a decline in weekly revenue, reaching a high of $206 in early April, the game maintained a stable user base, ending the quarter with 2.8K active users.

Agent Hunt – Hitman Shooter saw a strong increase in weekly downloads, from 1.8K at the start of the quarter to 2.4K by the end of June. Its active user base also grew steadily, surpassing 13K by the quarter's conclusion.

Airport Security had a notable spike in downloads in early June, reaching over 2.3K. Active users increased to 7K during the same period, indicating a positive engagement trend.

Prison Life: Idle Game maintained consistent download numbers, peaking at 1.5K in the last week of June. The game’s active users remained robust, finishing the quarter at 28.8K.

Lastly, Thief Puzzle: to pass a level experienced a decline in active users, dropping from 4.4K to 2.5K, while downloads reached a high of 1.2K in late May.
